Boiler and gas fire servicing
The servicing of a boiler and two gas fires took under three hours. The work was done in a highly professional manner. The gas fitter was very polite and paid due regard to protecting fire places from dust etc He requested that we checked everything was ok before he left and made sure we were happy with the work. The relevant certificates were promptly sent and the invoice was correct in all details. The price charged was very reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with such an excellent company. I would have no hesitation in recommending them on the basis of the work done

The experience with Dave and the team was professional from beginning to end. The work carried out was exactly as quoted, completed to time and high quality. The engineer was thorough and knowledgeable, always happy to answer any questions I had and extremely courteous. He treated my home with respect, laid dust-sheets throughout and cleared up every evening before he left. He was happy to consult me if he needed my input and ensured that everything was properly finished before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Excellent from start to finish. Complete refurb on the bathroom, from the quote to the finish, kept informed and the lads were always there on time. The tiler, plasterer and electricians all did an excellent job, always on time and work second to none, David Hancox and employees always polite and efficient, Eamonn, George, Tom and Ian all brilliant and top rate workmanship. After being let done by other plumbing companies Hancox plumbing with Dave and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The response upon enquiry was quick and professional, the work carried out was immaculate and the team left the work area extremely neat and tidy. One of the chaps even cleaned our dining room table to get rid of the dust! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave and team and we will certainly be using them again for future works - thank you!
